Vegetable and mozzarella skewers

Ingredients

Carrot 1
Cucumber 1
Mozzarella bites 3
Radishes 3
Eggless mayonnaise q.s.
Decor gondolas
Deluxe skewers

Method

Use a vegetable peeler to cut the carrot and cucumber into extremely thin strips, and the radish into rounds.

 

Plating

Using a medium-sized skewer, first skewer the cucumber that has been rolled up, then the radish, the mozzarella, and complete with the carrot, also rolled up. Serve with eggless mayonnaise.
