Ingredients

Red cherry tomatoes q.s.

Little mozzarella balls q.s.
Sweet green olives q.s.
Seasoned black olives q.s.
Salami A few slices
Fresh rosemary A few twigs
Decor Skewers

Method

Place the rosemary twigs in a soup bowl for a few hours to bend them and easily build the base garland.

For my skewers, here are the Mediterranean flavours of tomatoes, mozzarella and olives, separated here and there with a slice of tasty Felino salami.

Plating

Place the rosemary sprigs on a plate and place the newly-composed Decor skewer sticks, forming a garland.
