FRUIT SKEWERS WITH MINT, ORANGE AND PISTACHIO PESTO
Fruit skewers are a fresh and original recipe, a new idea to serve fruit in summer or other times of the year using seasonal fruit.

Cooking time: 5 minutes
Doses for: 4 people
Fresh seasonal fruit 600 g
Sugar 100 g
Fresh mint 6-8 leaves
Shelled pistachios 50 g
Scald the pistachios in boiling water for 1 minute, drain and cool under running water. Peel and chop them. Blend the sugar with the washed and dried mint leaves. Transfer to a bowl and mix with the pistachios and grated orange peel.
Squeeze the orange. Wash all the fruit, peel the kiwis, the mango and the peaches. Remove the pips from the grapes and the strawberry stems.
Dice all the fruit, pour the orange juice over it and skewer it with the Love Skewers, alternating colours and sizes. Line up the skewers on a tray and allow to cool in the fridge for an hour.
When it’s time to serve, take out the skewers from the fridge, sprinkle with the pistachio pesto and serve.
