Chocolate-glazed mixed fruit
Various fruits (strawberries, pineapple, apples, bananas, kiwi, grapes, etc.), chocolate chunks (white, milk, or dark), butter
Wash the fresh fruit and dry it well with paper towels. Melt the chocolate in a bain marie with a little piece of butter. SAMURAI TRICK: short on time? Use the microwave to melt the chocolate in just a few seconds! Take one piece of fruit at a time and dip it into the chocolate while it’s still warm but not boiling, turning it to coat it completely. Put the glazed fruit on a plate lined with parchment paper and let it air dry or refrigerate it until the chocolate hardens.
